Moore & Bruce, LLP provides a number of related services for clients, including corporate administrative and fiduciary services, through its affiliates, Ingomar Associates, Inc. and Ingomar Fiduciary Services, Inc.

Corporate Administration

The Firm helps incorporate and administer corporations (limited liability companies, charitable foundations, partnerships, etc.). Clients can request that Ingomar Fiduciary Services, Inc. assist with the ministerial work associated with the formation and operation of an entity.

Fiduciary Services

Clients frequently rely upon us to help them in implementing business, estate planning or tax strategies. In addition to serving as trustees and personal representatives, the Firm is sometimes asked to provide agents in a variety of capacities. In connection with the acquisition or sale of assets, we conduct closings. Sometimes this entails complex issues under, among other things, securities laws, withholding tax rules and due diligence regulations. The Firm creates and acts as trustee of escrow arrangements.

Through an affiliated real property holding company, the Firm, on a limited basis, is able to provide a variety of services for clients that require special management services.

Ingomar Fiduciary Services, Inc. also serves as the Registered Agent for a number of foreign corporations, which have obtained Certificates of Authority to transact business in Washington, D.C. This company can serve as the U.S. Agent for foreign entities needing to nominate a U.S. agent for U.S. tax and related purposes.

Consulting Services

Ingomar Associates, Inc., a Delaware corporation, performs consulting services that do not constitute legal advice. These services include public relations. Where required by applicable US statutory and administrative rules, Ingomar Associates, Inc. will register as a lobbyist or foreign agent.
