Experience: Taught "Legal and Tax Aspects of International Business" for MBA programs for many years; partner, 60-attorney law firm based in Paris.

Memberships: Vice President, American Foreign Law Association, New York; Former Chairman, Foreign and Comparative Law Committee, Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
