Practice Areas: Federal taxation, emphasizing estate and business succession planning and international taxation; corporate transactions (financial and tax implications); charitable and exempt organizations. His practice encompasses transactional matters, including choice of business entity, preparation of partnership, limited liability company, and corporate organizational documents, corporate and partnership reorganizations and recapitalizations, and associated matters.

Education: George Washington University School of Law (1990; Juris Doctor). He received a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Accounting from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business. Mr. Saret did his undergraduate work at Lamar University. (Mr Saret is also a Certified Public Accountant.)

Admissions to Practice: District of Columbia Bar.

Memberships: Chairman, Estate and Gift Tax Committee of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, and Chair, Planned Giving for B’nai B’rith International. Vice-Chair of the Asset Protection Planning Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the American Bar Association. Member, Steering Committee of the Phillips Contemporaries of the Phillips Collection. Director, Board of Governors of B’nai B’rith International; Member, Forums Committee of the National Press Club (recipient of a Vivien Award from the National Press Club in recognition of outstanding contribution to the Forums Committee). Member, DC Estate Planning Council and the Monte Jade Science and Technology Association.
