and business succession planning and international taxation;

charitable and exempt organizations. His practice
encompasses transactional matters, including choice of
business entity, preparation of partnership, limited
liability company, and corporate organizational documents,
corporate and partnership reorganizations and
recapitalizations, and associated matters.
Education: George Washington University School of Law
(1990; Juris Doctor). He received a Masters of Business
Administration and a Masters of Accounting from Rice
University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business. Mr.
Saret did his undergraduate work at Lamar University. (Mr Saret is also a Certified Public Accountant.)

Award from the National Press Club in recognition of
